If the product you've ordered is unavailable in our stock, We will promptly inform you and cancel your order. We will give you a choice to wait till the product is available again or receive the refund of the entire amount charged for that specific product you ordered. However, if only a portion of your order is available and can be delivered, you will only be charged for the items that can be fulfilled.
3.2 Refund Process:
If approved, a refund to your original payment method will be initiated within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We reserve the right to modify the products available for sale on our Website. Nevertheless, orders placed before such modifications will remain unaffected.

4.4 After you place your order, We will email on your registered email address on our Site to confirm your purchase. This email will contain the purchase order details and a transaction confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, we will send another email to notify you about the shipment of your products. Therefore, providing Us with a valid and active email address is crucial for timely communication.

5.1 If you wish to cancel a confirmed order with Us, kindly send us an email at orders@trustcart.in within 24 hours of placing your order.
5.2 Please note that any requests for cancellation post dispatching of your order will not be accepted.
5.3 Credit Card convenience fees, as charged by the payment gateway, may not be refundable by Us.
5.4 We will initiate the refund within 2 business days from the date of approved cancellation. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

6.1 Confirming an order obligates you to pay the total amount, including any applicable delivery charges, if any. By doing so, you declare and guarantee that you have the necessary means and authority to use the chosen payment method.

6.3 Orders can be paid for using all kinds of bank cards and UPI methods such as VISA, MasterCard, GPay, PhonePe, etc. Any associated bank fees and commissions are the customer's responsibility without exception. The secure payment processor for bank cards occurs on our Website through PhonePe PG. Depending on their bank affiliation, customers may be redirected to their bank's authentication page to confirm the payment.

Shipping and Returns
Shipping
After placing and confirming your product purchase orders with us, please allow 24-36 hours for order dispatch. Depending on your pin code serviceability, delivery typically takes 4-6 days. You will receive SMS and email notifications regarding the dispatch and estimated delivery time.
Returns
We accept returns under exceptional circumstances such as damaged products during transit, the delivery of the wrong product or incorrect product size, or circumstances beyond your control. Please note that We do not provide refunds for manufacturing defects by the brand. However, We will forward your complaints to the respective brands for their service improvement.
For damaged products or incorrect deliveries, all original packaging must be intact to process a refund. Refunds will be processed within 2-4 days and deposited into the account you provided during the payment process on this Website after receiving and inspecting the returned order. We reserve the right to reject return requests if the product's condition upon arrival does not meet our standards. The acceptance of your refund request depends on the condition of the product received.
